| View in browser Genetec Security Center 5.14 Upgrade What’s Happening   Genetec Security Center 5.14 is available, and some customers have begun upgrading their systems on their own.   We've received several support calls after these upgrades resulted in issues. While the upgrade may look straightforward, every system is different and there may be compatibility or configuration requirements that need to be addressed first.   What this Means Before moving to 5.14, your system should be reviewed to make sure it is ready for the upgrade. Upgrading without this review can lead to problems with servers, workstations, integrations, licensing, or other parts of the system. Why This Matters   An unsuccessful upgrade can cause system downtime and affect important security functions, including video, access control, and integrations. In many cases, it's much easier to plan the upgrade correctly than to troubleshoot the system after something has gone wrong.   Recommended  Next Steps: If you're considering upgrading to Genetec Security Center 5.14, contact Prime Secured before starting the upgrade.   We can review your current system, confirm what is needed, and help schedule and complete the upgrade properly.   Please contact Prime Secured to coordinate your Genetec 5.14 upgrade.
