Genetec Security Center 5.9 has reached End of Life (EOL) and will no longer receive software updates, security patches, or ongoing support.

Organizations continuing to operate on Security Center 5.9 should begin planning their upgrade path to the latest version of Security Center or Security Center SaaS.

What to Expect

• Your system will remain operational but will no longer receive security updates or software enhancements
• New features and capabilities released by Genetec will not be available on Security Center 5.9
• Compatibility with newer hardware, integrations, and technologies may become increasingly limited over time
• Maintaining a secure, supported, and future-ready environment may become more challenging
• Genetec Technical Support will no longer provide support or troubleshooting assistance for Security Center 5.9
